New building amnesty in 2011, the owners of "ghost houses" that do not voluntarily enroll their homes in the land, from 1 January 2011 will face penalties, as property will be registered at the Land Registry office. Il testo, firmato da 17 senatori del centrodestra dà la possibilità di presentare fino alla fine di quest’anno una domanda di sanatoria per gli abusi edilizi.
Il costo esatto per gli inadempienti verrà stabilito dopo il 31 dicembre e ad oggi si sa che gli oneri variano dai 1.030 euro per gli immobili up to 100 square feet and reach up to 1,270 for the more than 200 square meters. Then there are income tax and Ici and technical documents, the cost of which varies from 3 to 400 €.
