Damn damn damn ...... I have so little time in this period that I can not keep up with the blog as I would like, and especially of late I find interesting contest, to attend just for the heck of it!
Only today, in fact I realized the existence of Eggs in Smoking, which require egg recipe, an ingredient so simple yet versatile!
's why I decided to participate, however, rescued from the repertoire of recipe already posted my whitebait fritters : one of the first dishes that I shared the blog, and that ultimately deserved a bit 'more visibility than the obscurity of the earliest publications!

frittata BIANCHETTI
Ingredients (3 people - about 15 pancakes)
• 200/250 g fresh Bianchetti
• • 2 eggs grated cheese to taste Salt to taste •
• St. Peter's grass, chopped (optional)
• olio evo
Preparazione
Sbattere le uova e aggiungere il formaggio, il sale e le erbette. A questo punto aggiungere i bianchetti (non occorre lavarli, basta fare attenzione a eliminare eventuali alghe residue), amalgamare bene e friggere formando tante piccole frittelline in abbondante olio caldo.
